Complete the secure checkout process via Stripe.
Look out for a confirmation email to create your account.
Receive a text message with the app download link.

What if I didn’t get a welcome email? How do I reset my password?

Navigate to portal.hero.demand-iq.com/resetPassword and enter your email to reset your password. Make sure to check your spam folder for the reset email.

What’s included in Hero Lite?

You’ll get access to all the in-app features of Hero, including canvassing, solar previews, solar heat maps, appointment setting, and utility bill capture.
